Calibrated reference leaks for calibration of leak detectors
 
Ceramisis supply
a complete range of Helium and refrigerant gas, calibrated reference
leaks and accessories for use in leak detection and calibration of
equipment. Leak detector mass spectrometers for Helium and Freon
gases that are used for on site leak detection of installed process
pipe work and systems, need calibration on a regular basis to
maintain their accuracy. Our range of reference leaks are available
as single items or as a complete set depending on your requirement.

Vacuum calibrated leaks available ex stock
Type CEQR:
Stainless steel reservoir of helium 150 mm long x 35mm OD in which
is contained the reference leak, terminating in a bellows type shut
off valve and stainless steel vacuum coupling (4VCR or KF25 see
order code)
Set packed in rugged carry case and complete with calibration
certificate traceable to national standards
Calibration range available 3 x 10E-8 to 1 x 10E-7 mbar liters/sec

Industrial and laboratory reference leaks
Type CES-RVC
Reference leak contained in an assembly compromising, refillable
stainless steel gas reservoir, pressure gauge and manifold shut off
valve, Complete with a certificate of calibration traceable to
National standards. (leak value and test gas requested by customer)

Type CERBL
Reference leak with standard specification mounted in a case with
front panel display showing shut off valve, high quality pressure
gauge and reference leak with hooded area to accept probe or 'sniffer'
detector.
A pressure leak/rate curve for different gasses is provided and a
certificate of calibration traceable to national standards.
Inside the case a stainless steel gas reservoir is provided which is
refillable. (customer selects leak value and gas)

Reference leak in a stainless steel body 1/8" BSP male to female
threads available for inline use or screwed into a gas source.
Available for most gases. Also available in a housing of customer
choice.
Leak range typically 1 - 15 gms / year at 1 - 20 bar pressure
differential (leak value requested by customer)
