Ceramisis have
a state of the art manufacturing facility dedicated to vacuum chambers
manufacturing and the production of components and fabrications for Ultra High Vacuum applications.
After manufacturing has been completed components can be cleaned,
UHV leak checked and packaged on site to UHV standards.
We can cater for
large and small requirements, and our engineers will be happy to
offer advice on component / system design, and material selection.
We can produce components in a wide variety of materials, from
stainless steel to ceramics and exotic refractory metals. All TIG
welding is carried out in house, and particular attention is paid to
preparation and cleaning before welding commences to ensure that
impurities are not included into the weld causing later outgassing
problems during UHV operation. This is particularly important for
vacuum chambers manufacturing to ensure vacuum chambers can achieve
ultra high vacuum levels.
All products are
manufactured to suit our customer's specific requirements, and so
please send or e-mail a drawing to enable us to offer a quotation by
return.

With our state
of the art vacuum chambers manufacturing facility, we produce
our MiniLab
Multi technique ( Sputtering, E-Beam, Thermal Evaporation
and Plasma Etch ) Thin Film Vacuum Deposition System, UHV
vacuum chambers manufacture, vacuum components, manipulators, coated
optical viewports, Z-shifts, bellows hoses, calibrated leaks
and vacuum feedthroughs to our own designs or to our
customer's specifications. These vacuum products are all
delivered cleaned and UHV leak checked ready for use.
We
specialise in one offs and small quantities, but can also
supply large production orders. Our engineers have vast
experience with producing UHV components and Thin Film
Vacuum Deposition Systems, and will be happy to offer our
customers advise on design and material selection.
We also
specialise in servicing and upgrading Thin Film Deposition
Systems and vacuum chambers. Our
MiniBox Multi
technique (Sputtering, E-Beam, Thermal Evaporation and
Plasma Etch) Thin Film Vacuum Deposition chamber, is
specifically designed to upgrade a BOC Edwards E306 vacuum
deposition system. Ceramisis also has its own in house
deposition systems and can offer sub contract deposition for
pilot production or process development.
